Meeting Report

The meeting takes place in ADMC room T-015B and started at 8:15am in the 26^th of October 2011. Ali Hamad was the chair of the meeting; Abdullah Awadh was the note taker and Ali Rashed is a member. The chair welcomed the members and introduced the topic as discussing in improving the campus of ADMC.

 We agreed on first two points which were extending the parking and maintain the J block as mentioned in the agenda. Also we delayed some of the points like building multi-stories buildings and building indoor sport area. The first to discuss it with the consultant and the second to compare between either making a contract with Al Jzeerah Club or building indoor sport area. Moreover we settled on doing the gates and the green areas in the last.

The chair distributed the roles among us. Abudllah Awadh took the first tree points which include parking, maintenance and multi-stories and will report to the executive committee.  Ali Rashed will flow in the rest of the point which are the gates, indoor area and green areas and will report to the executive committee.

 Over all the meeting was technically good. The chair controlled the meeting and organized speaking time for each member to give his opinion about the issues. Also, all group members are participating well in the meeting. The discussion of topics was going well in all of the parts except the points of multi-stories building.
